Kevin Greenwell

Senior Director, Portfolio Strategy and Finance

Kevin Greenwell leads KS’ Portfolio Finance team, responsible for the development of KS’ commercial real estate portfolio strategy and ensuring the achievement of appropriate risk-adjusted returns within the 15,400 acres of KS’ commercial real estate portfolio.  He also works closely with the KS Financial Assets and Finance divisions to optimize the organization’s overall Endowment Fund investment performance, while directing the analysis of CRED’s investment activities and leading key transaction efforts to ensure alignment with KS’ overall investment objectives.

Prior to joining the KS ‘ohana, Greenwell served as principal of KMG Advisory LLC, an independent consultancy providing financial advisory, analytical and asset management services across the real estate sector to clients including KS, A&B Properties and the Queen Lili‘uokalani Trust.  His early career included work with Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco, and Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles.

Born and raised on O‘ahu, Greenwell attended Punahou School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Arizona, and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
