Marcy Fleming

Director, Transactions

Marcy Fleming manages real estate transactions for Kamehameha Schools’ Commercial Real Estate Division, as well as provides organization-wide guidance regarding acquisitions, sales, and ground leases.

Prior to joining KS, Fleming worked in the banking and airline industries for over 20 years with stints at Bank of Hawai‘i, Aloha Airlines and Security Pacific National Bank.

Fleming earned a Bachelor of Science in agricultural and managerial economics from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson Graduate School of Management.

Fleming is the board chair for the Outrigger Duke Kahanamoku Foundation, as well as a past board chair of the YWCA of O‘ahu and has served on boards and committees for numerous non-profits. In her spare time, she participates in endurance triathlons and races sailboats.
