Kamuela Cobb-Adams

Managing Director, Asset Management

As the Managing Director of Asset Management, Kamuela Cobb-Adams has the kuleana of leading the stewardship of Kamehameha Schools’ diverse land portfolio, spanning 369,484 acres of ‘Āina Pauahi and encompassing commercial ground-leased and space-leased assets, residential properties, as well as extensive agriculture and conservation assets.

His work prioritizes culturally rooted stewardship while achieving competitive portfolio returns aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term organizational goals, and fostering community engagement and collaboration.

Previously, Kamuela served as the Development Director for Lendlease on O‘ahu. With two decades of experience in real estate development and management in the private, public sectors and non-profit sectors, his expertise is underscored by his seven-year tenure as a Senior Director at Kamehameha Schools where he led an Asset Management team responsible for Kamehameha’s housing, agriculture, and conservation portfolio.

Kamuela is an active Lambda Alpha International and a board member of the Hawai‘i Habitat for Humanity Association.

A 1994 graduate of Kamehameha Schools Kapālama, Kamuela went on to receive a Bachelor of Education from University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.

Born and raised in Kailua and Kāne‘ohe, O‘ahu, Kamuela enjoys spending his free time with ‘ohana and fishing.
