As a successful business owner, Kamuela Ku Potter KSK’82 embraces her kuleana to give back to the next generation of Native Hawaiian learners who are poised to become tomorrow’s ‘ōiwi leaders.

Our Oral History Project kicked off one month ago, and our response rate is maika‘i!

Alumni who are still receiving email or postcards, please respond! If you prefer, you can update your own record as well as include a story or upload photos by using the project dashboard. Each alumni has their own unique link, please contact our office at alumni@ksbe.edu, and we can send you your personalized link. You will not have to call in to update, and the emails and postcards will no longer be sent. Please remember, our collection period will continue until March 28, 2025.

Get ready for the ‘A‘ali‘ikūmakani Study's next round

Eō e nā pua a Pauahi! Kamehameha Schools will soon launch the second round of the ‘A‘ali‘ikūmakani Study. KS Alumni know the importance of guiding and supporting future generations, and your participation in this study is one way to act on this kuleana. Your insights, collected through an online or phone survey, will deepen KSʻ understanding of the impact we are making and how best to support haumāna throughout adulthood.
 
This year, alumni from the following graduating classes are asked to participate:

1940s, 1950s, 1960s (except those invited to take the survey in 2024)
 
1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015
 
Alumni from other classes will have an opportunity to participate in coming years. Eligible alumni will receive a survey link via email in June. To receive your survey link and ensure your voice is heard, email aaliikumakani_s​tudy@ksbe.edu to update your current information. Mahalo in advance for your participation!

Nā Pua a Pauahi

The Kamehameha Schools alumni ‘ohana is made up of more than 28,000 Warriors worldwide representing a hui of Hawaiian learners who have been uplifted by Pauahi’s legacy of giving.

With guidance from the Office of Advancement and in collaboration with KS’ three campuses, alumni association, class representatives and other community partners, the Alumni Relations Office offers a rich set of programs and events to help alumni stay connected and engaged with their alma mater and each other.

Our goal is to strengthen our alumni ‘ohana and give them opportunities to serve their communities with their time, talent, and treasure.

KSAA has 15 regions throughout Hawai‘i and the continental United States. Membership in the Alumni Association is granted upon graduation. Contact your local region to connect with fellow alumni in your area.

Kamehameha Schools’ policy is to give preference to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
