* Upon lease renewal, tenant will need to add their new lease to their ClickPay account.
** IMPORTANT: Funds Availability Notice - The date that a payment is initiated through the ClickPay website IS NOT the date that your payment will appear on your rental account. The time the payment takes to clear is determined by your payment method (i.e., by credit or debit card, American Express, or e-check/ACH). This will generally be 24 – 72 hours after your initiation, BUT could be more depending on your payment method and timing of payment. Please take this into consideration when setting up your payments to ensure a timely payment and to avoid late fees.
***Single transaction limit is currently set at $1,000,000.00. If your payment is over $1,000,000.00 you may make multiple transactions.
**** Some bank accounts may require additional information in order for ACH transactions to be processed. As such, if your bank account has been set up with a debit block, you will need to provide your banking institution with the ClickPay ACH company ID information listed below prior to submitting your first ACH payment. ClickPay recommends that you provide the ID below to your banking institution:
